Parenting Through a Crisis

Parenting can be challenging at the best of times but parenting through a crisis even more so. Life events, changes to family situations, age-related difficulties, and of course COVID can all create even greater challenges for parents, children, and loved ones.

Finding new ways to approach challenging situations and learning to to adapt are some of the key elements to our ‘Parenting through a Crisis’ Workshop

Thanks to the impact of COVID, the roll of a parent has changed incredibly.

The combination of working from home, homeschooling and the absence of childcare can make for a very tiring and stressful day.

Some days you will seize the day and others you will want to hide under the duvet.

Both parent and child will find the impact of a crisis very challenging to say the least thus creating stress and tension that is new to the home.

Finding new ways to approach challenging situations and learning to adapt are some of the key elements to our ‘Parenting through a Crisis’ Workshop – 1.5 hours long.
